Community College (TAMCC)–Six Roads campus.
Donations of educational games - such as Brain Quest, Monopoly, Picture Dictionary, Bingo, Scrabble and chess - are among school supplies being shipped to Grenada's islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique by the Carriacou and Petite Martinique 2000 organization.
The Brooklyn-based organization is also providing scholarships in its effort to improve primary, secondary and post-secondary institutions on the islands. The Carriacou & Petite Martinique 2000 organization Inc. (CPM 2000)
is committed to increasing the quality of life in Grenada, Carriacou
& Petite Martinique. Building on the success of the annual
sponsorship of the SPELLING B competition and earlier contributions to
education, the organization is expanding its efforts to help primary,
secondary and post secondary institutions in Carriacou and Petite
Martinique achieve their educational goals.
